CO2 laser resurfacing is a treatment used to enhance the skin’s texture and tone, reduce wrinkles, resolve scars, sun damage and pigmentation, and tighten facial skin. A non-invasive treatment it uses a special device to deliver a laser beam divided into thousands of microscopic treatment zones that target a fraction of the skin at a time. The CO2 laser also stimulates the production of collagen over time, which causes the skin to tighten. This is a 20 to 30 min procedure.
